Dave and the team at Hunter Valley Flooring Xtra in Cessnock were fantastic from start to finish. We needed new carpet and flooring laid throughout a rental property, and the timing was tight — we had to get it done between tenants with as little downtime as possible. Dave was upfront about what was achievable, kept us updated the whole way through. My experience with Flooring Xtra Cessnock was excellent from start to finish. Dave was really helpful in managing the flooring project even with my unusual circumstances of being overseas during the project and me having to delay the flooring several times due to other renovations needing to be completed before the floors were installed. The installers of the hard flooring and carpet were hardworking, professional, and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the project. Within a week of reaching out with interest to install new flooring, my flooring was installed. The process was incredible smooth and efficient with no hiccups along the way. The end result is fantastic too. I’ll be returning for all my flooring needs in future.
