Quoted one price, charged another when it was time to pick up. Almost double. Picked the truck up again, only to have to return it the next day. Picked it up a third time and now the check engine light is on. Definitely feel like there are reasons behind this. You will get a lot of apologies, however, the client pays for all their mistakes. Heavily considering filing a complaint
Horrible service shop , quotes one thing and charges another without prior approval. We get quotes to do repairs for one price , then when we pick it up it's always hundreds if not thousands more. I've never had this shop fix our trucks on the first try. I always have to take it back 3 or more times to fix the initial repair that we already paid them to do and more money on top of it. I have emailed and called repeatedly for the service manager to address this , but is apperantly too busy to call back or even wrote an email.... read more
