Experienced poor treatment speaking to several different people. Only one staff member here was courteous. Called multiple times and had to explain issues repeatedly, talked over the top of, made to feel as if I was a problem when under extreme stress due to home being uninhabitable. Currently homeless due to becoming sick from property in disrepair. Advocacy not offered and denied when I did request assistance. If you have the proof this advocacy service is undeniably the best place to get information & help . The staff are amazing. You are treated respectfully & with dignity.
