I have used this service a few times for different houses. The staff were able to tell me about the changes in eviction requirements and the process.
Geoff has been a Godsend in this brutal experience of dealing with a difficult Property Manager. He is calm, encouraging and provides guidance on tenants rights. He also is able to let you know if you’re on track or going down a wormhole with your thinking which can help during periods of harassment. Thanks Geoff for being a source of knowledge and advice during a difficult time!
Experienced poor treatment speaking to several different people. Only one staff member here was courteous. Called multiple times and had to explain issues repeatedly, talked over the top of, made to feel as if I was a problem when under extreme stress due to home being uninhabitable. Currently homeless due to becoming sick from property in disrepair. Advocacy not offered and denied when I did request assistance. Presented to NCAT without full information and so I was unsuccessful and now having no option but to voluntarily v... read more
