My sales guys was Scott and he was great, but the true gem was Ken (sales manager). I called every dealer in a 300 miles radius from where I live in Georgia and Ken at Hunter Subaru not only gave me the best deal AND a gift card for my newborn son (that I didn’t ask for), but treated me the best by far. I needed to replace my totaled Crosstrek. My time at Hunter Subaru was by far the best auto purchase I have ever experienced. Gage Rojas was personable, knowledgeable, and knows how to properly treat a customer. He even went out of his way to help with a refund issue from the former dealer. The deal was fair and I feel safe again in my certified pre-loved Crosstrek. I highly recommend!
Everyone was very nice and professional. They gave me all the information I needed to make my decision on a new vehicle. I would buy from them again.
I brought my Forester in for service of brake pads and rotors as well as four wheel alignment. I requested that all fluids be topped off. The major service was performed in a timely manner and seemingly all was successful. However, to the tune of $1619.00 and change I soon realized that they did not do the complimentary (as stated on the workorder) multipoint inspection.
