The rooms are beautiful but the service is extremely poor. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. We booked 2 rooms in the property and they gave us the rooms on different floors. They do not pick up calls or reply to emails. After calling them 8-9 times, the receptionist refused to help us in any way and talked to me very rudely. I do not recommend this place if you want a peaceful stay.
I rang them at about 2 pm in the afternoon, as we hadn't had power at our house for 2 days and was told it would be another day. They were quick to help us out, sorting out accommodation for us, and also gave us a discount, highly recommend this accommodation and this business, beautiful apartment and local to everything Thank you again.
Great place to stay a few nights if you’re visiting the Newcastle area. Clean room, safe parking and very easy checkin/checkout process.
Nice modern apartment. I booked a 2-bedroom apartment. Loved that each 'room' could be separated as individual room hence giving some privacy. The apartment is well-equipped with kitchenware, its clean, and the bed is super comfy. You could even do your laundry here. Check-in was easy and straightforward. Although there's no reception per se, the staff are very responsive when you message them. Parking is free. Location is a plus point as it is walking distance to supermarket.
