Horrible staff working here. Phoned reception was not even greeted, cut me off mid sentence. Had the exact same conversation with the Nurse that was rude and dismissive. They have all these signs up in the pracrise to treat the staff with respect, but they cant do the same with their clients. Absolutely disgusting. When I saw Dr Suresh, i specifically told him that I want access to my results as soon as they are sent, he told me its not a problem, I can just phone the nurse to have my results sent to me. Not the cheapest but perhaps the best in the area ? Hunter Street Medical partners with Grange Road Medical and is run by the same doctors/owners i believe. It's a well run and well oiled machine where medical outcomes are everything Between the 2 locations they run very efficiently anything from mass vaccination programs using "dedicated nurse areas" to minor surgeries Due the increasing and substantial local ageing population both facilities are very busy So full credit to them that they are able to manage such a large wor... read more

Special thank you to Dr. Megan Rogers, probably one of the most helpful, understanding & patient doctors in Ipswich, she doesn’t get paid enough to deal with my problems, yet she never fails to give me the right advice, she is very easy to talk to & can point you in the right direction. My quality of life has improved a lot because of Dr. Rogers Thank you Dr. Rogers for helping when i need it most, you did something very nice for me today & I cant thank you enough. I’ve been seeing Dr Dawson for over a year now and both he and the practice have been amazing and beyond reproach. I’ve also seen Dr Rank at the practice who was equally amazing and I would have no problem recommending. All my appointments have been booked through HotDoc app which has been painless.
