The girl at the front desk is very snobby, very rude to customers and tourists, also low to customers and tell they they are not allowed to swim with out goggles or wet suit that was a lie and cost me more money but I complained an got some back. Just don’t waist money on suits, area was packed and we were the only ones in them. Then than them lying it was amazing but next time I’d use a different company.
Quick story time because the information we were given yesterday, while renting from this company, was all over the place. When we arrived, the girl working the front desk seemed irritated and moody right from the start. Our group of four asked a lot of questions because we were genuinely trying to understand everything she was explaining. She told us that if we wanted to get in the water anywhere outside of Hunter Springs Park, we would have to wear a wetsuit. We had a great experience at the kayak/boat launch with Hunter Springs Kayaks on Tuesday. Friendly staff- easy in and easy out! We got to swim with manatees! So thankful for the opportunity!
