Had a great time, staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit!
We did a 3 hr tour during Save the Water Week in Crystal River. The employees were friendly and helpful. We had "Lucky" as our tour guide. He has a great personality and made it fun and he was very knowledgeable. I would recommend Hunter Springs Kayaks and look forward to going back.
The attitude of the front staff as well as the two guys who help you load your kayaks into the water is terrible. They’re not upbeat nor friendly at all. I only chose this place because I saw a review online mentioning it was cheap however that isn’t true either. I definitely will be looking elsewhere when I come back though because I rather give my hard earned money to people who appreciate it, by being kind, upbeat and thanking me for renting with them. Great experience here with very accommodating and funny staff. It was our first time kayaking in the springs so we definitely had some questions to ask and they patiently answered every single one of them. Quick and easy paperwork then off to the ramp to launch which is only a few minutes walk around the corner. I would recommend
Checking in was horrendous. The person was rude would not answer questions directly and disrespectful. Have a place here locally and will never rent from this place again just because of the nasty attitude of the clerk.
