The experience was exceptional! As a new homeowner in Gresham, I wasn't quite acquainted with the intricacies involved in operating an AC system during the scorching summer. Brayden, the representative from Hunter & Sons HVAC, walked me through the entire process, offering valuable advice on maintaining the unit at peak performance. Tracy was incredibly friendly when assisting me to locate where to retrieve my online order for my HVAC system from Hunter & Sons HVAC in Gresham. Seeing that I was in line and that the other employees were occupied with other clients, Tracy promptly came over and assisted me by fetching my order and scanning it. I was perfectly okay with waiting, but I am really appreciative of the extra effort Tracy made.

Brayden did an incredible job and provided fantastic explanations during my ac repair and maintenance service. I wasn't pressured to add on any extra repairs or cleaning to my system. I decided to go ahead with a few additional services including blower cleaning, surge protector installation, and a compression booster installation, aside from the seasonal maintenance. Great experience from the moment i booked with Hunter & Sons HVAC to the time of service. Loved the handy daily texts and emails to remind me of the appointment. Got a call half an hour before brayden arrived, complete with a bio and picture. He showed up within the agreed time, wearing a mask and shoe covers, and he was simply amazing. Brayden was eloquent, knowledgeable and honest. If i could, i'd give him more than 5 stars.
