I reached out to Shane via Facebook with limited knowledge of what our home needed, Shane was very helpful and was not interested in trying to sell his most expensive product, he only wanted to do what was best for our home and that’s what we got. I also recommend Shane due to the fact he is local to the Perth Metro and follow up care should it be required is on hand 24/7. Had an issue with my air conditioning units blowing warm air. Shane found the refrigerent leak quickly, went through the problem with me and resolved the issue. As it was an easy fix Shane charged less than what was quoted. Overall good service and definitely fair pricing.
