I had used Hunter last year for the generator annual evaluation and was pleased. This year, in the middle of a severe thunderstorm with a nearby Tornado (first here in 30 years), they sent a technician out within a couple of hours after an early am call to the team; very unexpected The tech was timely and experienced, and after identifying the problem, was proactive in locating the part. Needed two ceiling fans on the porch installed. Kris was available the next day after I called to set up an estimate. Kris was great removing old fans and installing new fans. Everything checked out great. They look good and are balanced. Will definitely use again for future needs.

Patrick and Aiden were awesome! The service was extremely timely, and this crew was very knowledgeable. They fixed our problem (transfer panel) and the cost was very reasonable. I was so impressed that I signed up for the $59.00 monthly generator service. They are also veteran friendly! Highly recommend them!!
