Super friendly.
Our family of 18 recently stayed at Hunter's Friend Resort for a family vacation. It's a privately-owned, smaller resort with a rustic, family-friendly vibe. Our family enjoyed the large pool - especially the grandkids. The location was perfect at Indian Point with the Marina, Floating Cafe, a convenience store and a very nice swim area on Table Rock Lake all within a mile of the Resort.
This was our second year here and we were not disappointed. The pool needs some maintenance (there is some chipping) but it's clean and parking rules could use help. The rooms are clean and it's pretty quiet for a family friendly place and it's close enough yet far enough to/from the busy entertaining spots.
