Been a part of the BRG community for almost 7years now. We lived at Forest Creek in Middletown for 6.5yrs and loved it. The maintenance was excellent! We had a baby and needed more space. The leasing office told us about Miamisburg by the Mall and how they have townhomes. Being apart of the same company we thought it would be great place to live. Forest Creek gave us high expectations... too high. Ever since moving to MBTM it’s been one thing after another. Can’t wait to leave.

RecommendedI haven’t been here a year in the forest park apartments an I hate it I’m paying to much for a 2 bedroom apartment an very old model house, mold , disgusting neighbors, rude an very non helpful people working in the rent office an maintenance an on top of all that a pest infestation of roaches an bed bugs this is the worst place I ever lived an don’t recommend nobody to come an live here.
