Horrible They have a new 24 hr notice for visitors policy. My son is visiting I sent him to the store and they wouldn’t let him back in because I don’t have a sticker and didn’t give 24 hr notice.They gave notice 1 day notice about new sticker. I couldn’t just take off and no one’s answering the phones. This is a horrible place to live
Terrible This is a terrible neighborhood now you have to have a Sticker on your car just to come in the neighborhood you got to tell them who is coming in the neighborhood like dam you have no privacy at all
They said they were putting a water meter on our house. I knew it was a scam to begin with. They only said they were putting the meter on so they can add more to our water and sewer bill from all of the new houses they've been putting up. I refuse to pay any thing over the $815-$821 we've been paying for the past five months. The bill this month was well over $900! The new water meter is a cover up to add additional water expenses to the current residents. We've been doing the same thing for the past 4 years we've lived here... read more
Being consistent. They cannot keep a leasing team intact for long. The ones in there now are just rude (we are there to please them not them take care of residence).
Realmente el parqueadero m gusta pero su administración no, no te solucionan nada te cobran cosas q no has hecho, agua exageradamente cara nunca miden el agua, te cobran cuando mandan traer maquinaria para el parqueadero piensan q uno no se da cuenta y si no pagas con cheque, los money orden se desaparecen, muy poco amables, te exigen demasiado estoy d acuerdo enlas normas y reglas pero un ejemplo cambio las persianas y tengo cortinas y t multan vuelve a pintar tu traila cuando la pintaste hace 6 meses se meten a robar y no ... read more
