Beware! Hunter Quinn's workmanship is the worst I've seen. I've been in this home less than 2 years and I have dozens of pictures of what I and my neighbors have been dealing with. Mind you, this damage started happening almost the day I moved in. Not one repair has lasted. They refuse to address problems in a timely manner. I've had my bathroom floor repaired 3 times and it's still cracked. Same with my bedroom and closet door.
