I have been a resident at the Corals Apartment in Leucadia for the past two years. Everything about The Hunter Properties Management Team has been ideal. I moved into a completely renovated apartment and appreciated the new carpet, painting, blinds, linoleum, faucet fixtures, counter tops, etc. At one time the weather stripping on my front door was replaced as was my front room wall heater. I am a renter and I am very satisfied with this company for several reasons. First off when I have a problem, or something is broken, I just call the office and get immediate assistance. The people who answer the phone are very kind and professional. They connect me with the proper person who can solve my problem. I have peace of mind knowing I can trust this company, that they listen to me and help me to resolve my problem. I highly recommend Hunter Properties!
As a renter, Hunter Properties has always been pleasant, courteous and they take care of maintenance in a timely manner. I have never had to "win" them over, they have been great landlords from the start! Thanks to Hunter Properties for making a renter feel like a million bucks!!
