DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could give this post zero stars I would. Had multiple mice problems that took them forever to fix. When the kitchen flooded it was like pulling teeth to get someone to take care of the issue. Had a toilet issue and it took them days to fix it so I had to stay with a friend since there was no working toilet. They changed the mailboxes while I was out of town without an email notification saying everyone was given new keys, I was not given new keys. Bad management,
I currently live in one of their rooms and it has been alright until today. This morning, I locked myself out of the room so I called Celio (a building engineer, I believe). He charged me $40 to unlock the room. I thought he would come here and do something technical, but he sent out a kid (unprofessional looking person) with a bunch of spare keys. He just opened my room and left, which was all I needed but wherd is my $40 going to the "work"? I have been a loyal resident and now I feel scammed. Also I am being charged extra... read more
