DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could give this post zero stars I would. Had multiple mice problems that took them forever to fix. When the kitchen flooded it was like pulling teeth to get someone to take care of the issue. Had a toilet issue and it took them days to fix it so I had to stay with a friend since there was no working toilet. They changed the mailboxes while I was out of town without an email notification saying everyone was given new keys, I was not given new keys.
