I called to as a question in regards to pending litigation as a defendant and the gentleman that answered the phine was extremely rude. Did not allow me to finish asking my question before he interrupted me. A company is only as good as their weakest link and clearly the receptionist needs training because that was the worst customer service experience EVER!
Complete lack of communication.
