Made an appointment with Paul to seek a solution to a problem with my right leg, following an incident. Paul explained very clearly what the issue was & what was required to remedy it. He strapped my knee into place & dry needled my quad. He then showed me 3 specific exercises & what each would achieve. Very happy with what I heard & learned & look forward to a full recovery, over time.
Thank you Ben. I’ve been getting regular massages from Ben for over 18 months now and he’s exceptional. I have a fractured lower back which I’m trying to manage between pregnancies and honestly Ben’s massages are the only thing that give me relief. Highly recommend. The reception staff are also super lovely, every time I visit I’m greeted with a smile. Even when I’m late! Thank you, ladies and thank you, Ben.
