Not communicative, don’t have any way to reach them after office hours, they told us with like a week notice that the power would be off all day on a Monday, 7am- 7pm. No explanation as to why. I obviously have perishable items in the fridge and freezer that I couldn’t eat or use before the week was up that went bad.
