The staff are incredibly gentle and caring. Even though I can’t see the whole grooming process, I always feel completely comfortable leaving my puppy with them. Every time after a wash or haircut, my dog looks beautiful and is in such a good mood. They’re truly attentive and detail-oriented.💕

I am so happy with Hunter Pet SPA. They've done a fantastic groom on my two dogs. Eric listened to what I wanted and he delivered. He's very gentle and calm and the dogs respond well to him. It's great they have a price menu explaining the cost based on weight, fur type and length, and level of grooming. They're were no hidden costs. I'm very happy with our first groom and the dogs were happy too. I highly recommend them.

10000 out of 10 service and grooming My cat seems so happy and no sign of stress after get groomed, he is so energetic and look so much more comfy. I had other service around newcastle and they never did good, my cat left so stressed and got wound. Maybe my cat was a bit hard to handle but this place is INCREDIBLE! REALLY RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE CATS 😍

My baby’s Amy was great coming to Hunter Pet Spa to groom .She really enjoyed the grooming session. She was very relaxed and loved Paddy and Eric. We will definitely come back next time[Joyful].

I recently took my two dogs, Cookie and Pepper, for grooming here and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! 🐾 The staff were so friendly and patient, and they really took the time to make sure both Cookie and Pepper felt comfortable. They came back looking absolutely adorable – clean, fluffy, and smelling amazing. I could tell they were well cared for and treated with lots of love during their visit. Thank you for taking such great care of Cookie and Pepper! 💕
