Banger gym,great for inexperienced and experienced
Great community, really polite and funny coaches, great machines, pet friendly. Overall an amazing environment
One of the ok powerlifting gyms in Newcastle. Very expensive for a gym only membership in such a small space. Would say not to go train there if you're visiting the city
Owner blocked me on insta for no reason. From seeing the equipment it's alright but crammed and not clean at all. (Bathrooms especially) Safety hazards galore.
