Avoid, please get someone else to build your patio. They are so dodgy! They say stuff over the phone and in person to hook you in then when push comes to shove they deny what they say and charge you extra. Everything went wrong right from the start. Bad communication, delayed. I still haven't received my promised $1000 rebate from Stratco (original email even said commit before this date to get a $2000 rebate which also wasn't applied).
