DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I’ve had a horrible experience with Hunter Patios. 12 months ago, I bought a $11,000 patio, there was a delay in the build, poor communication, when installed the roof was leaking in 3 places. They tried to repair it a few times, however they unsuccessfully put silicon all over the patio to try and rectify the leaking issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Once payment was made, there was zero communication. Promised install pre-Christmas. It’s Mid-feb and still incomplete. The materials sat on my lawn for 2 months, on commencement of the build the materials were ironically not even right for the build after Leo measured wrong. The installers scratched my shed, bashed the roof panels together and bent them, then went on to lie that Stratco delivered them bent. (My home cameras caught them bending the panels). Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. After payment was made, communication became inconsistent and often nonexistent. Multiple attempts to contact were ignored, and no clear completion date was provided. The lack of accountability made the entire process stressful and unresolved. DO NOT USE! Promised us our patio and deck would be completed by Christmas, even put it in the contract. Now in Jan, half done and won't return phone calls, paid 60K and treated like scum! We'll be taking to fair trading!!
