Dr Marc Russo’s treatment has made a very real difference to my neck pain. I had been dealing with ongoing pain on the left side of my neck for a long time and underwent radio-frequency treatment, followed by plasma injections into the muscles at the top of my neck. worst place you can go - Drs manipulate what you tell them in confidence even though you have all medical files and YEARS and YEARS of history to prove the reasons of your pain and yet they just want to see the $$$$$ - Do not go here, even if its your last resort - head to Sydney or somewhere else - like i said Dr only in it for the $$$ not the patient at all - if i could give i negative star i would, oh and don't get me started on their receptionists, Dr advised he was going to send me a script same day as he knew i needed ... read more

Rude doctor who needs to retire. He told my GP and myself one thing at the first appointment and when I said I wasn’t liking the medication he had put me on he had a go at me and blamed me for getting it wrong. Even my GP now has issues with him because his letters say something different every time. Would NOT recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience. I went to this pain specialist looking for professional help and support in managing ongoing pain, but instead I felt dismissed, spoken down to and not listened to. I explained my pain, my medical history and the investigations I have already undergone, and I provided evidence of previous testing and specialist involvement.
