November 2025 We recently purchased a Husqvarna AM320 Nera robot mower and Terrance came to our home and programmed it to mow our property and demonstrated its functions. This would have to be the best investment I’ve ever made. It makes easy work out of a big yard. I would also like to make a special mention about the amazing customer service that Terrance gives. Recently purchased an automatic robot mower from Hunter Outdoor Equipment. Terrence was amazing to deal with. He could not do enough to make sure we had the unit set up and doing a great job. After having a bad after sales experience with an alternate competitor online robot mower, I can't speak highly enough of Terrence and highly recommend going no where else if your thinking about purchasing one of these units.
Difficult staff that can’t finish the job .
Big thanks to Terence for his effort installing my recent robot purchase. One of the true nice blokes that will go above and beyond for his customers. Not in it for the fanfare, just seems to want a great result for his customer. Included offering to install on public holiday weekends, coming back tweaking mapping etc until he was truly happy. Very detailed work!!
