I had a great experience here overall and would have given them 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience changed when I got my braces off. One of the assistants came across as unfriendly toward me, and at first I assumed she was just having a bad day. However, when I returned the following day, I had a similar experience with her again. It was disappointing because everyone else and my overall experience had been great.
I’ve been going to Dr. Hunter since middle school, my teeth/smile are one of my most complimented features! Dr. Hunter and staff are always very kind and helpful, have been in office to replace retainers, clean them, check in, etc. and always feel supported! Jennifer at the front desk is very sweet, thanks!
Wish I would have chosen this place for orthodontics when I first started my treatment. I transferred orthodontist and I'm beyond happy I did! From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed and that my treatment is going to go off without a hitch. Nikki is beyond caring and helpful. Dr. Hunter is very knowledgeable and friendly. The customer service and knowledge that Dr. Hunter has is beyond my expectations.
Dr. Hunter and his staff were great. Very happy with the results and all of my expectations were met.
