Waited 7 hours for a doctor and a bed, not the best hospital
Missed an appointment and called the number it provided on the letter I got in the mail, was on hold for an hour only to be told they don't handle endocrinologist appointments when I pressed the "other" option as it wasn't listed in the call options. They said they would instead transfer me to the correct number only to be redirected and told by a bot that it is outside their office hours. Please fix this.
I called to ask a question about a general check-up, and the person on the phone was incredibly dismissive and hung up while I was still speaking. I found the attitude unhelpful and quite disrespectful. I expected a more professional response from a healthcare provider.
