As someone who skis all winter, I’m always looking for that perfect apres ski spot, and Mountain Brewery is truly a gem in this area. So many places around here have long wait times or food that doesn’t quite live up to the hype, but this place delivers both comfort and quality. The food had a canned and microwaved energy to it (which the $20+ prices per dish did not reflect). Beer was good. Decor and vibe was bible-forward.

We had a great experience. We ordered the cauliflower pizza and ended up ordering another one before the night was over because it was that good. The flavor and texture were spot on. The steak was juicy and cooked perfectly, served with mashed potatoes and broccoli, which made it a solid and satisfying plate. The burger was also excellent. Do not recommend, service was too slow. Waited 45 minutes for food and 3 tables that ordered after us already got their food and were finished by the time we got ours. Burger was greasy and the fries were also drenched in grease. All the food became cold within 5 minutes.
