Worst service experience ever car was not ready at 4pm had to wait till 530 with no notice given they had the car since 9am , left me frantically organising pick ups and drop off that I was supposed to do , they locked the keys in the car thankfully the app was working and I could unlock it , didn’t sign the service book , left the good unlatched , text me the next day with a generic message saying hope all was well please reply if you had anything to discuss, surprise surprise I replied say yes please contact me , they neve... read more

Buyer beware, I put a deposit down on a car as a holding deposit over the weekend subject to a few conditions of sale at their Ryde dealership. I sent an email and spoke to the sales person explaining the situation and that the car would not suit my requirements .
