I received a recall notice from Cruisemaster to inspect our caravan wheel hubs and replace any that showed a manufacturing defect. This came at a particularly busy time while we were preparing for an extended trip away from home. Mike was absolutely outstanding to deal with. Mike recently serviced our camper trailer and was extremely through. This involved removing, inspecting and repacking the wheel bearings, inspecting and cleaning the brake components and magnets, and inspecting and greasing all suspension points etc. He was happy for me to observe and ask questions, explaining what to look for regarding wear on each component.
