Does not follow his own advice. He has spouted opinions in the newspaper, but given written notices in direct conflict with previous statements. Doesn't care about the law, just who is paying and how much publicity he can get.
Mr Hunter showed little interest in representing our POA. He never found out that our POA has its own water, sewer system and paved roads. Yet he tried to make someone in arrears to Burke County 270,000 property taxes and has a 10 million dollar judgement owes our association 1.3 million and allowed this person to assist rewriting our by laws without permission from the membership. Mr Hunter "seems to have" given our HOA president info that conflicts with § 47F-3-102 Re: taking rights away from DELINQUENTS. Further, a group of my neighbors attended a forum where Mr Hunter spoke. My neighbor specifically asked about restricting delinquent members right to vote. He did not reference. NC47 F at all. His answer was "if your C&Rs say you can. Then yes." Our HOA President asked Mr Hunter to assist in rewriting our BYLAWS even tho we are an old communriy. Our HOA was started in 1973.
