I had a really frustrating experience with this medical center and honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The receptionist was extremely rude — she doesn’t speak to you like a normal person, she literally yells. It makes the whole experience uncomfortable from the moment you walk in or even call. On top of that, they seem to make up appointments and claim that you booked them. Then when you try to cancel something you never even scheduled, they hit you with a $75 fee. This office is TERRIBLE. I had a meet and greet with Dr, Okechikwu, who totally ignored my detailing of my medical history and who claimed she scheduled scans for my cranial aneurysms.. but I haven’t had these scans in over a year and a half and NO ONE has contacted me from her office.. despite being made to fill out forms stating she’s my family doctor.. obviously for billing purposes. El doctor muy amable buen servicio, pero el sistema de recepción, el personal y los precios que ellos manejan MUY malos, ademas que demasiado caros y cambias sus políticas a conveniencia. Las llamadas por teléfono aunque sean para una cita, groceso el personal.
