This office is TERRIBLE. I had a meet and greet with Dr, Okechikwu, who totally ignored my detailing of my medical history and who claimed she scheduled scans for my cranial aneurysms.. but I haven’t had these scans in over a year and a half and NO ONE had contacted me from her office.. despite being made to fill out forms stating she’s my family doctor.. obviously for billing purposes. The best medical center I've visited so far in Hamilton Ontario, Dr Kanu is very professional and polite. I am not a fan of visiting the clinic when I fall sick but the excellent reception at this clinic makes me take my health seriously. Thank you to all the team and shout out to the pharmacy department as well.
The staff and doctors are very helpful
Dont wasted your time going to this medical center they tell you one infomration and later they refuse and reject the information they provide you and the receptionist is an waful person
This clinic is an absolute joke. The receptionist is extremely rude (first, she forgot about my appointment and left me waiting for 30 minutes, another time when I asked for a refill she replied "it's your fault for calling when you have finished your medication"), and they leave the clinic without a doctor for extended periods of time. Honestly, the worst, avoid at all costs.
