Dave made the very difficult (and what I thought would be terrifying) situation of mediation bearable. I went in thinking there would be no way he could help us come to an agreement, but I was wrong. Dave was an amazing mediator to work with. I felt that while remaining completely neutral between both parties he was direct and helpful in understanding the process. He made an unpleasant situation manageable and simpler than I thought it would be.
