HORRIBLE customer service. This LOAN SHARK of a company preys on those in dire tax situations with the state and offers no support throughout the process. Our client desperately needs to sell his home as quickly as possible after his father’s death and is forced to live in the home without electricity due to the tax lean this company has put on the home, but they refuse to simply provide our title company with the payoff amount due to “procedures.” Which is understandable in most cases… But waiting in line to simply look up ... read more
