While they were helpful enough, we were not advised that there was a surcharge on paying with Apple Pay using a phone, even though it was a visa debit card that we used. Had we known, we would have returned to our car to get the card to physically use so we didn't have to pay an extra $10 for the surcharge.

After moving to the Hunter, I booked with Jason to have some potential issues with my Wrangler Rubicon checked. From the ladies that handled my booking right through to pickup everyone was polite, friendly and professional. Jason took ownership of the matter, making time to investigate my concerns. Searching internally through the Jeep data bases, and even getting keys and comparing my car to stock they had on the yard. I recently took my 2021 Jeep Rubicon in for the second service at Cessnock Service Centre with a problem with the rear leather seat deteriorating prematurely. I raised this as all the other seats are 100% fine and the car is still under warranty. The response I received was a staff member arrogantly disagreeing with the request.
