Have been seeing him out of convenience for 2 years. I had problem after problem getting referrals for doctors I have been seeing for years. Took forever to get my medication correct. His nurse never called me when I had labs. I would try to call and she was busy and never called me back and when confronted about it she had excuses. I would get medication sent in and have no idea why. My pain management doctor wanted me to get an EMG and sent the request back in March and no call or anything from Dr Janz. Wouldnt react to phone message for a full week,, then wouldn't listen to the patient after he messed up their chart, refused to refill medication in the dosage it had been for years and goes on to enjoy his weekend risking patient to have serious medical problems due to not having their said medication. Definitely one of the worst experiences I have had around here. He is one of the most arrogant and yet incompetent Doctors ever encountered. .
