Absolute nightmare- do not go near this dealership for a purchase or a service. I bought a Jag F-Pace from them in 2019. All services and repairs have been done by them since. At end of 2024, when out of warranty but with only 60,000km, the engine completely failed. It was replaced by them with a “brand new” engine in January 2025 at the cost of $45k where I had to pay $9,000 (and Jag paid the rest as a “good faith” contribution). After pre booking to come and look at a new Jaguar F Pace we arrived to be greeted by a salesman that had no interest in selling us a car. He came across as not deeming us to be worthy of looking at the car and seemed to have very little interest in wanting to answer our questions. He seemed to be pre occupied with anything other than assisting us with our enquiry. All he could tell us is that he had never seen a diesel F Pace and that it would be at least 12 months wait.
