Face to face service over the counter is up to par. Answering the telephone or lodging referrals online service leaves a lot to be desired, hunter imaging needs to greatly improve this aspect of communication (or lack thereof) with their clients.
I phoned Hunter engine on Thursday the 28th August. I made five calls, each time I was assaulted with lengthy promotional advertising for as long as 8 mins when I gave up. I could not find any option to leave a message. I then called Alto Imaging, who offered a Callback service. I left a message and They called back almost immediately. Arranged a CAT scan and x-ray imaging. Even when I receive a referral to Hunter imaging in the future, I will take my business elsewhere. You obviously do not care about Customer Service.
Wonderful helpful staff that made my visit very pleasant. No need to wait and comfy clean environment. Parking right outside. One suggestion. When booking for an MRI please ensure that patients are made aware that the MRI is in a separate building to the Hunter Imaging X-RAY centre.
Everyone a dealt with was wonderful, from the Receptionist to the Radiologist and the Ultrasound technician. Great customer service and felt valued at each step of the processes.
