I’ve spent 2 weeks trying to book an appointment with this company. I’ve spoken to 3 different people in an attempt to make this appointment who were all very rude and quite incompetent. They lost my referral twice via email and every time I called I had to restart the process again for them to not be able to book the appointment in the end anyway.
