I had an appointment booked, waited 15 minutes for someone to eventually walk out the reception then got turned around because ‘they don’t have a ultrasound machine or operator’. Why book my appointment if that is true or just turning people away because they don’t want to work.
Very kind and caring group of people, wouldn't go anywhere else
Been there (East Maitland) three times now. Never a problem. Always on time. Good prep with explanations. Polite and friendly staff. Good clinical conduct. Professional and effective.
I had an ultrasound here recently and Tahlia the sonographer was very helpful and informative. The receptionist Jan was also friendly, helpful and attentive.
