My husband did a X-ray last week and the bill was sent directly to our health insurance Bupa. Today I did an exam myself and the receptionist said they never sent bills to Bupa. She didn’t find my husband’s details on her system and said he never being there. Which is not true because I went there with him to do his exam. Today I was not expecting to spend $198. I will claim to Bupa, however if your company have this process to sent the bill to the private insurance, every staff should be able to do it.
Staff were nice and pleasant. Walked in for an OPG in the afternoon and was seen to quickly.
