Car booked in 9.30am pick up at 2pm. When booking told them that I will be waiting around as they couldn’t provide a car. Went in to drop off and the service guy was rude and said that they will not be able to have it ready by 2pm. Why book in service car with a time and you can’t do it. Waste of time.
Went to this dealership today, was looking at buying a new car .. The salesman was nothing short of rude and arrogant… took my business elsewhere and had a great professional service unlike this Honda dealership ..
James was a great help from start to finish with the purchase of a used vehicle. Even after the sale was complete any small issues were no problem to get help with for a perfectly smooth experience.

Scott is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He made whole process so much easier, kept me in loop in every stage of the process up until delivery. After sales service team follows up to check on the car and remind for service schedule. If anyone buying Honda don't look anywhere else.
