Bad experience when buying a new HRV with maitland honda. No follow up ad waited 4 weeks to have dash cams installed that should have been in before pick up.
They have cancelled my appointments which I got from website two times a day before that and said we are fully booked!!
Car booked in 9.30am pick up at 2pm. When booking told them that I will be waiting around as they couldn’t provide a car. Went in to drop off and the service guy was rude and said that they will not be able to have it ready by 2pm. Why book in service car with a time and you can’t do it. Waste of time.
Went to this dealership today, was looking at buying a new car .. The salesman was nothing short of rude and arrogant… took my business elsewhere and had a great professional service unlike this Honda dealership ..
James was a great help from start to finish with the purchase of a used vehicle. Even after the sale was complete any small issues were no problem to get help with for a perfectly smooth experience.
