This company are thieves. Taking money for matresses and not producing them. I purchased a mattress in January. Its now September. He will not answer calls or texts. I even went as far as getting a court order for my $1,990 to be returned. Suprise Suprise shop is empty and he is nowhere to be found. Craig Walker you should be ashamed of yourself.
This business owner does not deliver goods that have been paid for. He does not answer his phone, emails or business chats. He closed a shop front with no forwarding address leaving many with no means of contact. He seems to prey on tge elderly and NDIS clients. Please beware!!
This business has not delivered products that were paid for in full. There are numerous customers in this situation and action is being pursued. With a customer base of elderly and disabled people, it's reprehensible that he is accepting funds and not delivering products. Be warned .... this business owner is not trustworthy.
Bought top gun mobility scooter off Graig and his lovely wife recently moved in a state now I cannot get hold of them due to my Scooter breaking Down have been trying to contact them the last couple of weeks to get the warranty details so I can get it fixed not having a good luck with them. Did have while I was living in New South Wales.
Wonderful service from a gentleman who’s family owned business cares about the people not just a sale 🙂
