Had a great experience with Hunter Gastroenterology. The staff were friendly, professional and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Everything was well organised, communication was clear, and I felt well looked after throughout my appointment. Really appreciate the quality of care and would happily recommend them.
Would not waste your going there if have a problem that needs to be fixed. I have paid the big costs for appointments only to find a wait of two and a half months to have operation. And be told by dr Chen he is happy to refer me to another DR . So I can pay it all again . Do your homework before you fall in the same trap
Dr Philcox is a lovely man, he was running several hours behind due to some complicated cases however when he got to me (lucky last for the day) he was still so patient, kind and thorough as if he had all the time in the world. Highly recommend!
