I have nothing but good feedback for Dr Goodsall. His conduct, care, and consideration should be commended. As a patient with a very complicated medical history, I have never felt so validated, heard, and understood during an initial appointment with a new specialist before. I was impressed to learn that Dr Goodsall had already spent time reviewing my history prior to my appointment. We saw Doctor Steven PhilCox and his approach did not work. He said there was blocked poop all through my adult son‘s bowel that was compacted. We had an ultrasound. There was not any compacted poop and we then did a colon transit study and his transit times were normal. After 6 months he had not written his report !!! so the GP could not do any further action because Phil Cox is so disorganised. It was pathetic service.

Had a great experience with Hunter Gastroenterology. The staff were friendly, professional and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Everything was well organised, communication was clear, and I felt well looked after throughout my appointment. Really appreciate the quality of care and would happily recommend them.

Would not waste your going there if have a problem that needs to be fixed. I have paid the big costs for appointments only to find a wait of two and a half months to have operation. And be told by dr Chen he is happy to refer me to another DR . So I can pay it all again . Do your homework before you fall in the same trap
