Dr Lay is amazing! The receptionist or admin on the other hand. Rude, unprofessional and to be frank taint all the good work the doctors are doing. In my next appointment I will be letting my doctor know how awful the admin staff is. You re dealing with people that are already unwell, the least you can do is just be professional! Just do your job without adding any rudeness. Asking for the bare minimum here!!!

Seen 2 doctors prior to Dr Philcox. Both “attempted” to rectify the issue I was having and remove a large pulp mass. Both failed and I was eventually referred to Dr Philcox. Honestly, his beside manner is 10/10, he went in for a “look” found he could fix the issue immediately so he did! To say I’m relieved and grateful is an understatement. Could not recommend him highly enough! The man is a legend
