I had a great experience with Hunter as my realtor! He is very easy to work with and made the whole process simple and smooth. He is knowledgeable and experienced and you feel like you’re in good hands working with him. He makes everything seem like a breeze! I’m not tech savvy and I didn't even live in the same town as the property I was selling, but he was able to work with me on the phone and online and set up almost every part of the process with a few clicks. Which was fantastic! Amazing experience and realtor!

Hunter was wonderful to work with. He was there at every step from the start, getting our condo ready to wrapping the final step, the closing. We live out of town so he helped with many things such as contacting repairs for estimate, meeting for appraisal and many other tasks to help us out. We really appreciated his honest and knowledgeable advice for the whole process. He always watched out for us. He made it very low stress for us. We highly recommend Hunter. From start to finish, Hunter was great. I wasn't new to real estate investing, but I still had a lot to learn, and Hunter taught me a lot throughout my process.
