It was a great experience working with Hunter. I was fairly new to real estate investing, & the knowledge he shared alone is worth 5 stars. This guy is really like that. Every property we looked at, he was telling me how much it would cost to fix a repair, or how much a water heater is going for, or how many years the hvac probably had left. I had a great experience with Hunter as my realtor! He is very easy to work with and made the whole process simple and smooth. He is knowledgeable and experienced and you feel like you’re in good hands working with him. He makes everything seem like a breeze! I’m not tech savvy and I didn't even live in the same town as the property I was selling, but he was able to work with me on the phone and online and set up almost every part of the process with a few clicks. Which was fantastic! Amazing experience and realtor!

Hunter was wonderful to work with. He was there at every step from the start, getting our condo ready to wrapping the final step, the closing. We live out of town so he helped with many things such as contacting repairs for estimate, meeting for appraisal and many other tasks to help us out.
