Very friendly staff made my purchase a good experience
I took all my personal vehicles here for service, purchase a 2023 vehicle. There, communication is really hard to come by with anyone there, nobody gets back to you, the people are nice enough, but as far as service or commitment to customers, I would say they don’t have it.
Quick, friendly, and professional! The team had my oil change done fast and made the whole process super easy. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Was watching a video from Russel, he had brought his Toyota in for service in May. Got a steering repair done, it failed, so he bought a new FORD F150. The Toyota sat at the dealership from May to September. Female advisor kept giving him the brush off, battery dead, we cant boost it, steering is too hard to steer, cant move it. Not sure they ever repaired the failed steering they had repaired, but Russel eventually just said, install a new battery, and detail the car. This took MANY months.
