Was watching a video from Russel, he had brought his Toyota in for service in May. Got a steering repair done, it failed, so he bought a new FORD F150. The Toyota sat at the dealership from May to September. Female advisor kept giving him the brush off, battery dead, we cant boost it, steering is too hard to steer, cant move it. Not sure they ever repaired the failed steering they had repaired, but Russel eventually just said, install a new battery, and detail the car. This took MANY months. The staff is very friendly, helpful and listens to you when you explain and I believe they do everything possible to satisfy your concerns
Service was excellent. They called before any extra work was done so I had no surprise bill. I was late arriving at my appointment due to traffic. It was on a Friday before long weekend. They got me right in
Sheamus at Hunter Ford helped me locate the vehicle I wanted and was very transparent throughout the entire process. I chose to go to them because the larger city dealerships make you feel like a number, that was not the case here! I highly recommend going to Hunter Ford if you’re in the eastern Ontario region.
Ford service team are the best. Friendly, polite and professional. The repair was done right the first time and in the time frame they said it would be.
