Not happy with the professional services provided by Lachlan Phillips. During an open house of a property I was interested in. Noted the sinking fund was in deficit, raised a few questions with Lachlan, advised that it was all well and no issues (in his defence advised to buy the Strata Report), which I did. OMG, (80k in special levies last 2 years), taking legal action from the builder for defects.
