Had a property with them. They screwed up So many things and instead of fixing them they blamed me and the previous property group they bought.

Not happy with the professional services provided by Lachlan Phillips. During an open house of a property I was interested in. Noted the sinking fund was in deficit, raised a few questions with Lachlan, advised that it was all well and no issues (in his defence advised to buy the Strata Report), which I did. OMG, (80k in special levies last 2 years), taking legal action from the builder for defects.
