its a great company , but they have very poor communication skills , every time i call them i get to an automated system that answer but it doesn't give you the option to hot 0 for an operator , it just gives you the option to enter in the extension or a last name and when i do that the extensions take you to a voicemail no one ever answer and when you put in the last name it doesn't recognize it , its extremely frustrating and very annoying , do your self a favor HUNTER DOUGLAS and fix or upgrade to a more easier and advanc... read more
