I purchased eight battery motorized shades in 2017. They worked okay for a couple of years. The software is extremely flaky and wont hold settings. The shades won't hold a closed position so they hit the window sill. The communications hubs fail repeatedly. About a year ago one of the shades started going through batteries every couple of months. I lived with the other issues but I can't go up on a ladder six times a year to change batteries.
