Exceptional service from Gladys! I’ve been a repeat customer here for some years. While there’s been instances of confusion and frustration, overall the service has been good over the years. The service department here is absolutely awful. It is worth it to go literally anywhere else. I had the same issue with my car window since December 2024. I brought it in three times and they "fixed" the problem the first two times then tried doing the exact same fix a third time. I made an appointment two weeks ago to get the problem fixed and diagnosed for a second issue with the radio. They kept my car for two weeks and did literally nothing. The Service Dept at this place is terrible. Every time I have had an issue with my vehicle (under warranty, by the way), they make it seem like the last thing they want to do is fix the problem! It's going to take up to 5 days to to run a diagnostic, they don't have l loaner vehicles in their fleet, it's going to cost $200 to diagnose. The newest vehicle I bought from them less than 14 months ago is having several issues including a breakdown! This car only has 20k miles! They should be embarrassed. Worst service experience! 1. Terrible communication: Emails and calls went unanswered, and I was repeatedly given false pickup dates. I was promised a discount for the inconvenience, but it wasn't reflected on the receipt. 2. They charged for a diagnostic but never mentioned my dying battery, which I discovered only after picking up the car. 3.
