Service team was great. Stellantis said they’d cover a known issue on my Chrysler but then backed out once at the dealer. Seth and Laurel were amazing. They went above and beyond to make things best they could within their power. Stellantis will be hearing from my lawyers with the airbag inevitably deploys
Online scheduling does not work! For diagnostic work need to leave vehicle for five days even if you bought the vehicle there? Do not buy or service your vehicle at this place!

The service scheduling on the website dies not work at all. Waiting the 24hrs for someone to confirm my service schedule and no call. So, I called the service center and it went to voicemail multiple times. The voicemail asked to leave my name and number so a service agent can call me back. After a few days, no one called me back. I called multiple times until someone answered and they politely told me to use the express lane for my oil change.
