Pretty mixed feelings about this place. I’m a low maintenance client, very much independent thanks to the amazing tech there is these days so I haven’t needed a lot of help. Dr Morbey has always been very kind and easy to work with. Her DE on the other hand seems quite unusual. When I needed documents signed at the end of my pump’s warranty period she was oddly dismissive of me and didn’t want to help. I was a patient of Dr. Ushank Ranasinghe for the past 1.5 years, and I want to share my experience. Dr. Ranasinghe himself is a skilled and informative endocrinologist. He was the one who initially diagnosed me with my Autoimmune Disorder and was consistently reassuring and helpful throughout my treatment. However, my experience with the administrative side of the practice left much to be desired. I'm a patient of Claire's I can't express how much she goes above and beyond. Her staff are awesome even to the extent she has sent Annette her diabetes educater come to check on me while in hospital and make a remarkable effect on my health and how I was being treated. My hats off to the professionalism in the organisation. I have completed trials within the organisation for the better of diabetes.
